Jerrold A. Sulcove is partner at Black and Davison. Mr. Sulcove earned his law degree at Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Oberlin College. Prior to law school, Mr. Sulcove was a research scientist concentrating in the field of neurovirology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Mr. Sulcove is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and the federal Middle District of Pennsylvania, and before the Veterans Board of Appeals and the federal Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR) and the National Organization of Veterans’ Representatives (NOVA).

Elliott B. Sulcove is a partner at Black and Davison. Mr. Sulcove earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Swarthmore College. Mr. Sulcove is licensed to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. He also is licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Sulcove is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Franklin County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
